Rod insulator installation precautions

1. The insulator is packaged in accordance with JB/T9673.

2. The insulator is packed in a sturdy, properly sized packaging carton for easy transportation.

3.220kV and below products are packed in cartons, 10kV products are packed in 6 boxes, and 35kV~220kV products are packed in 3 boxes. 330kV ~ 750kV products are packed in round paper tubes, each containing 1 product. In order to better protect the product from damage when packaging from 330kV to 750kV, the insulator is fixed with three radial support plates, then placed in a circular paper tube, and finally the paper tube is packaged in a plastic bag.

4. Each product box is equipped with a product certificate and 3 to 10 instructions for use.

5. The pressure equalizing ring is packed in carton, 3 in the pressure ring carton of 220kV and below, and 2 in the pressure ring carton of 330kV and above. The equalizing ring includes bolts, nuts and spring washers assembled together.
